Our “Annual General Party” will be on Tuesday, March 14th.
Come down to the hall to hear the reports, hear the financial report, participate in the elections (and throw your hat into the ring if interested!), enjoy some yummy pie and beverages, ask questions you might have about any board activities, and vote on upcoming budget and financial requests.
Theme: The AGM is on March 14th which is also “Pi Day.” So, we’re going to be celebrating our community… with pi(e). Yes it’s cheesy but it’s an excuse to serve food. No alcohol will be served but we will have tea and coffee.
Other Activities: We’re going to have 50/50 and door prizes. People will get 2-3 tickets when they enter the door and they can choose which prize to put the tickets in for.
