10 – one to screw in the bulb and 9 more so we can call it a summer festival.
Friday June 20, 8 to 11 pm it is Pub Night Light.
After this long miserable winter and this dismal spring we are celebrating the longest day of the year. In keeping with the “Light theme” it is an opportunity to discuss with neighbours how lovely North Glenora’s new street lights are. As well it is a nice chance to talk with neighbours about tricks they have learned to navigate the construction in our neighbourhood. We will be visiting back lanes we have not seen before! In addition to the usual fare there will be LIGHT beer and coolers, bring a CD of your favourite LIGHT music to play, make up some LIGHT summer snacks to share, and bring some old LIGHT summer reading for our book swap table.
Wear a lampshade on your head and you get a buck off your first drink.
