Plant a tree seed for a brighter, greener future!

Saturday, September 21 | North Glenora Community League Hall | 1 to 4 pm

This Saturday, during the Harvest Festival, the North Glenora Community League together with the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues and the LongTree Society, invites you to take part in a project to foster long-term thinking and environmental stewardship through the planting of long-lived trees.

Dustin Bajer – Shrubscriber and LongTree Society founder – will be providing a number of Bristlecone Pine seeds for our community to place in a Mini LongTree Nursery, which will be located near the community garden on the north side of the hall. These tree species seeds can live for a thousand years – let’s plan for a bright and sustainable future for generations to come!

See you at the Festival!
