On Saturday, Feb 27/16 at approx 5:20 pm a male was observed in the North Glenora Playground exposing himself and touching himself under the playground equipment. This matter has been reported to EPS and they are taking the matter very seriously.
They recommend that children be accompanied to the playground, until this individual is apprehended.
The male is described as Caucasian, about 30 years old, medium to tall high, with glasses and a small goatee. He was wearing a brown hoodie and jeans, with a black baseball cap on backwards.
