What’s New in North Glenora?

We can’t wait for the next newsletter to tell you about what’s been happening lately!

You may have noticed when driving by the hall that we now have a new reader board sign. This is the result of years of planning by previous Boards and has finally come to fruition with the Planning & Transportation Committee. More details and thank you’s to follow in the newsletter.

Now that we have our new sign we are looking for a volunteer to change out the letters. Messaging and training will be provided. We anticipate a time commitment of one to two hours per week, or less, depending on the time of year. Timing to suit your schedule. If you’ve been thinking about volunteering but only want to take on one task, this might be perfect for you!

Please contact Heather at [email protected] or 780-270-1126 (text only) or Haley at [email protected] or 780-977-8717 (text or call).

Rink flooding shifts are a 1-2 hour time commitment, once every two weeks (eg: every other Monday, weather depending), and can be done any time of day that the rink isn’t busy with skaters (most folks do morning, afternoon, or late evening), and opening the rink shack would be a flexible time commitment based on when you are available.
